Brief Description

This roll forming machine is designed to produce square type rainwater downspouts also know as rainwater downpipes. Main material to be roll formed are 0.5mm thick galvanized steel coils and copper.

Steel welded tubular machine frame with cast iron roller tools.
Improved design with pipe elbowing device equipped on the machine.
Be capable of bending downspouts into 30 degree to 90 degree.
Electrical motor, control cabinet, hydraulic station are placed inside of the machine base
Control computer panel can be rotated in all directions
Forming speed of the machine can reach up to 15m/min
Electrically driven via chain and sprocket
Hydraulic cutting, whole line stops when cutting
